Newy Web

Facebook Shop + WordPress Store All in One With Shopify

Today, the team at Newy Web mastered how to integrate a very important feature on our Facebook page and website. We’ve been hearing lots of awesome news about this particular plugin that really changes the eCommerce game for all us. What we are talking about is Shopify.

We always wondered how to publish products to our Facebook page that incorporates cart and checkout modules. With Shopify, you can do just that and then integrate the same exact products over to WordPress with a click of a button. The same products that appear on Facebook can appear on WordPress as well from simply embedding a code that shopify gives every user.

These products are all manageable via shopify’s centralised dashboard. Once you make a change in the shopify admin dashboard whether it be images, pricing, description etc, it will propagate changes to all connected sales channels which in our case is Facebook and WordPress.

Shopify Facebook Integration

Shopify with Facebook

It has been over 30 days now since we integrated Shopify so our trial ran out and it isn’t displayed anymore on our pages but this is what it looks like on your Facebook. The products pictured above can be then integrated over to your WordPress based website with a simple shortcode. You don’t have to recreate the same products over and over again to display them in other parts of the web. Shopify does this all for you.

Can Newy Web integrate this for my business?

Yes we can! Just give us a message and we can do this for you with ease. We had a lot of fun implementing this for ourselves and we would love to do the same for other businesses. Simply give us a message and we will get back to you with an hourly quote to integrate this experience for you and your customers.

Whats the benefit of selling on Facebook?

The community or readers you target are already active on this popular social media channel, so having a store present in this well known and trusted channel allows you to be able to convert users into sales much easier. They don’t have to leave Facebook to buy a product or service plus they love Facebook and trust it! They are much more relaxed therefore conversions are primed!

The conclusion is, why the heck doesn’t everyone with a product capitalise on this? Shopify is seriously paving the way for the future. We think that this has to be one of the niftiest inventions of this year. We really do. Centralised management and multiple sales channels, what more could you want!

I drop a leave a response each time I like a post on a site or I have something
to contribute to the conversation. Usually
it is a result of the fire communicated in the article I looked at.
And after this post Facebook Shop + WordPress Store All in One With Shopify – Newy Web.
I was actually excited enough to drop a commenta response 😉 I actually
do have 2 questions for you if it’s okay.
Is it only me or do a few of the responses appear as if they are coming from brain dead individuals?
😛 And, if you are posting on additional places, I’d like to follow you.
Would you make a list all of all your public sites like your Facebook page, twitter feed,
    or linkedin profile?
